Message	went to court, plead not guilty wanted to get a lawyer and trial by judge. court was rescheduled. then came back (without a lawyer), cop showed up, said i changed my mind and wanted a trial by jury. court was rescheduled again. cop never showed up, case was dropped, and i was free to go.
